GEORGE P. KREIS, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PRECONSTRUCTION (SECRETARY)

George P. Kreis has recently been promoted to Senior Vice President of Tompkins Builders, Inc. He serves as Secretary of the firm and is a new member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kreis has a total of more than 20 years in the construction industry and the last six years with Tompkins. He continues to head the Preconstruction Services Department and negotiates all Owner contracts. As such, he is responsible for timely and accurate budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, and other preconstruction services for Tompkins’ projects.
