With more than 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Small is responsible for the long-range success of the company. Under his leadership, projects have been delivered on or ahead of schedule, within budget and of the highest caliber craftsmanship. Mr. Small’s extensive experience in all phases of commercial construction, combined with his positions on the GSA Construction Excellence Peer Program, Washington, D.C.
